Your apprenticeship at the ICRCThe ICRC is investing in training the professionals of tomorrow and is recruiting several apprentice trainees for the 2025 school year as MPC3+1 commercial employee trainees – Services and Administration stream.
During this internship, you will join the ICRC’s logistics division. Your workstation will be located in the ICRC’s logistics centre located at 6 Rue Pré de la Fontaine, in the Meyrin/Satigny industrial zone (ZIMEYSA).
Your tasks and responsibilitiesManagement of paper mail flows (incoming and outgoing), centralized warehouse and printer fleet including consumables.
Support for various administrative tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the center.
Organization and support of logistical events and seminars taking place on the premises.
Creation and monitoring of transport files allowing the sending of ICRC equipment to our delegations by air or sea.
Administrative support for the unit in charge of the vehicle fleet (activity based at ICRC headquarters).
Administrative support for monitoring training requests made within the division.
Ad hoc support within the more general framework of logistics activities, at the request of division management.
Motivation and interest in humanitarian work.
Excellent command of French and good knowledge of English.
Schooling at a business school, professional maturity course successfully completed.
Comfortable with Microsoft office software, knowledge of Lotus Notes, a plus.
Good organizational skills.
Autonomous, responsible, motivated, proactive and with a creative mind with a solution-oriented approach.
