Heifer International seeks an experienced Adaptive Project Management Consultant to design and implement a dynamic project management framework for its Transformation, Strategy & Communications (TSC) team. This consultancy will support Heifer’s shift toward a more agile, adaptive, and globally connected organization.
The consultant will design and deploy an Adaptive Project Management Framework that maps relationships across transformation initiatives, enables strategic alignment, and supports real-time learning. Responsibilities include system diagnostic and selection (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Monday.com), architecture design, roadmap migration, dashboard creation, workflow automation, and team enablement. The consultant will also provide fractional project management support to steward adaptive planning and coordination across initiatives.
