Job Description

Heifer International seeks a Strategic Finance Partner Consultant to support the development of a strategy-led financial framework for its organizational transformation. This consultancy will help translate transformation strategy into financial models, resource planning tools, and donor-facing investment cases that support a more agile, locally led, and globally connected network.

The consultant will conduct retrospective cost analysis, develop forward-looking financial models, analyze unit costs and role-to-value across network nodes, and build dashboards and investment packages that communicate the financial architecture of the transformation. The engagement will also support leadership decision-making through scenario planning and financial modeling aligned with strategic priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Expertise in strategic financial planning and FP&A
  • Experience supporting organizational transformation or change initiatives
  • Strong financial modeling, scenario planning, and dashboarding skills
  • Experience working with international NGOs or mission-driven organizations preferred
