Corporate Administrative Services Intern

Job Description

The International Potato Center (CIP) is seeking one (01) proactive and responsible Trainee from Administration, Finance, or related fields to be part of the Corporate Administrative Services team.

About the position:

This position will be based in HQ-Lima, Peru and will report directly to the Corporate Administrative Services Officer.

Training activities:

• Support general administrative operations of the area.
• Manage statistics, reports, and business intelligence (BI) data.
• Use the OCS system for processing payments, requisitions, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate logistics for national and international travel.
• Handle requests for local transportation, courier services, and shipment of materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• Proven experience in designing and managing databases (SQL, NoSQL, or similar technologies).
• Proficiency in Power BI for developing dashboards and data visualizations.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Intermediate/Advanced level of English.
• Students with client orientation, a commitment to confidentiality, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.
