Job Summary:

As a Consultant - Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change Advisory, you will lead and execute sustainability and ESG projects across Southeast Asia, combining technical expertise with on-ground implementation. This role involves client engagement, field assessments, and delivery of high-quality advisory services aligned with global ESG standards.

Key Responsibility:

  • Climate strategy project development and implementation including low carbon economy transitions, GHG emissions reduction actions and plans, climate and net zero strategies, Science-Based Targets (SBT), climate-related financial risks and opportunity assessment, scenario analysis, mitigation and adaptation strategies, carbon credit project, etc.
  • Development of corporate sustainability program such as sustainability strategy, human rights due diligence process, CSR strategy, sustainable supply chain management, circular economy program, etc.
  • GHG WRI/IPCC Protocol and Guidance, Life Cycle Analysis (LCA), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)/sustainability reporting utilizing Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, SET reporting guidelines, SDG and other industry-specific tools.
  • Support in response to sustainability indices, such as S&P Corporate Sustainability Assessment (S&P CSA), CDP, etc.
  • Development of corporate sustainability reports and others in both Thai and English, including writing, editing and proofreading content.
  • Support to assess business programs for social needs by measuring and valuing business broader societal impacts using concepts such as Social / Environmental Return on Investment, Natural Capital Protocol, Creating Shared Value, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Sustainability, Climate Change, or ESG-related project.
  • Hands-on expertise in climate strategy development, GHG reduction planning, net-zero roadmaps, and corporate sustainability program is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and assessment skills
  • Business proficiency in English
