Background/Objective
MDM Consultant will support HRS in ensuring that the Government of Ukraine (GOU) authorities are aware of health-related MDM in international information spaces and of measures used to counter the dissemination of harmful messages and refute false information. The Countering MDM Consultant will contribute to the monitoring and analyses of MDM narratives in English-language media and prepare texts on countering health-related MDM for the web resources of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. The Consultant will work jointly with a Ukrainian-American disinformation-monitoring team that prepares monthly reviews of MDM narratives and recommendations to mitigate the impact of MDM in the healthcare sector.
