Job Description

Duration: 6 months Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and activities hosted by the office, including drafting minutes, discussion notes, or short informative summaries, and supporting communication with participants.
  • Attend relevant training sessions and thematic roundtables, and actively participate in all capacity-building activities implemented under the UN Diversity Internship Programme.
  • Contribute substantially to accurate office documentation, including systematization and archiving of records.
  • Support the planning and implementation of human rights awareness initiatives, advocacy campaigns, and social media outreach, as well as the mapping and monitoring of the office’s disability inclusion initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Programme Mentor(s).

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Completion of secondary education.
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or higher education program, or have graduated within the past two years.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Romanian and working knowledge of English are required; knowledge of Russian or another language relevant to Moldova is considered an asset.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office programs, digital file archiving, online research, word processing, spreadsheet use, databases, and presentation creation.
