ICF is seeking an Environmental Impact Assessment Specialist to support the effective implementation of 22 CFR 216: Environmental Compliance Procedures by USAID Operating Units through adherence to international best practice environmental protection principles. The EIA Specialist will assess the potential environmental, human health and social impacts during USAID activity development and implementation, and identify practical environmental protection and mitigation strategies, as required by USAID environmental compliance procedures.
** This preferred location for this position is the Washington, DC metro area with approximately 6 weeks of international travel required per year **
