Overview:
The Evaluation Expert is a full-time position based in Accra, Ghana that may require travel to field sites. Tasks to which he/she will offer support include providing donors and Implementing Partners (IPs) with high-level, technical, analytical, advisory, training and related support services for performance and impact measurement, performance-based communication and information management and evaluation. Additionally, the Expert will lead the design and management of evaluations, analyses, and assessments. The Expert will provide oversight of evaluation methodology, including sampling procedures, survey methodologies, and qualitative data collection methods. The Expert will also be relied on for quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The Expert will provide oversight in the planning and coordination of performance and impact evaluations, operational research, baseline assessment, survey design and methodology, and research.
