Job Description

Tetra Tech International Development is seeking freelance communications professionals and creative specialists to join our preferred supplier list for the Vanuatu Australia Education Support Program Phase II (VAESP), funded by the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

We are looking for Vanuatu-based individuals or small teams with skills in:

  • Photography (events, field visits, storytelling)
  • Videography (filming, editing, drone use)
  • Graphic and document design (reports, social media, billboards)
  • Illustration (campaigns, education materials)
  • Copy editing, proofreading, translation (Bislama, English, French)
  • Marketing, social media, and communications training
  • Campaign and event management

What We’re Looking For

  • Availability for short-term assignments on demand
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with access to required communication tools
  • Relevant experience and past performance (preferably in the Pacific, education, or development sectors)
  • Language capability (Bislama & French desirable)
  • Reliability under tight deadlines
