  • Position: Administrative/Financial Internship

    Department: Operations – Administrative/Financial

    Location: São Paulo

    About the Department:

    This strategic area reports directly to the Operations Director and operates across all organizational programs. It is responsible for the integrated management of human resources, personnel, accounting, financial planning, administrative finance, and infrastructure.

    Job Highlights:
    In this position, you will support administrative and financial activities, including organizing physical and online documents, updating spreadsheets, making entries and reconciliations. You will also support the monitoring of cash flow and administrative tasks for the team. The intern is expected to be proactive, interested in learning, and able to contribute ideas, always under supervision.


    What you will do:

  • Assist with tasks related to the finance department.
  • Accounts payable and receivable record
  • Receiving and verifying tax and fiscal documents.
  • Online document organization
  • Support in controlling fixed payments and verifying tax withholdings.
  • Posting payments into the system, verifying receipts, and reconciling invoices.
  • Administrative support for general office tasks, ensuring the maintenance of processes and internal workflow.
  • Support in preparing budgets for internal events.
  • Support in audits, including document verification and submission.
  • Internal support for the organization’s areas and programs, addressing requested needs.
  • What you will need:

  • Currently enrolled in higher education, studying Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields - enrolled from the 5th semester onwards.
  • Prior experience in tutoring, participation in university extension projects, or student organizations is desirable.
