The Foundation of the Peoples of the South Pacific International (FSPI) is a network of eleven independent NGOs located in Fiji, Kiribati, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Samoa, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Timor Leste, Australia, and USA.
FSPI’s core business is service delivery at the community level. FSPI’s mission is to “work with Pacific communities through people-centred programmes to foster self-reliance within a changing world” in resource management, health, disaster management, governance and democracy and alternative livelihoods.

FSP Vanuatu (FSPV) – Executive Director
Suitably qualified and experienced individuals are invited to apply for the position of Executive Director FSPV. The position will be responsible for overall office management and supervision, including program development, fundraising and ensuring reporting and implementation compliance requirements of donors.
The ideal candidate should have relevant tertiary qualifications and management experience in a developing country preferably in the Pacific region. Experience in adult and non-formal education is also highly desirable.
