General Services Logistics Intern

About the Role
As a General Services Logistics Intern, you will join Première Urgence Internationale’s Logistics Department, composed of three key branches: mission logistics oversight, international procurement, and the work environment branch. You will be placed within the Work Environment Branch, under the supervision of the Assistant Logistics Manager.
In this role, you will contribute to the design and implementation of the department’s action plan to improve the work environment. Your tasks will help ensure the seamless functioning of all general services provided to office users—this includes resources, tools, safety, compliance, and infrastructure-related matters. You will also support budget tracking, expense control, and supplier/contractor monitoring.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Eligibility
- You must be enrolled in a state-accredited training institution and pursuing a Bac+2 level diploma in general services (or related field).
- Eligible to enter into a professionalization or apprenticeship contract.
Experience
- Prior experience working in a team setting is highly valued.
- Experience in the non-profit or humanitarian sector is a strong advantage.
Skills
- Strong written communication skills in French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

- Genuine interest in facility management and general services.
- Demonstrated motivation for international solidarity work, particularly with a focus on user support.
- Reliable, organized, and capable of responding effectively in urgent situations.

Languages
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
