Purpose of the role
The Genomic Data IT Advisor is responsible for design, implementation, and management of IT systems
tailored to genomic data analysis under the Africa Pathogen Genomics Initiative (Africa PGI). The Specialist will support Member States to define, prioritize, and develop data infrastructure and systems for an efficient and optimized data ingestion, processing, discoverability, and accessibility.
