Here’s where you come in:

As the Learning & Development Instructional Designer (Global Finance), you will:

• Participate in needs analysis.
• Design, develop, assess, and continuously improve high-quality, learner-centric courses / modules that build the performance capabilities of Global Finance managers and technical experts.
• Design / develop engaging multimedia and other learning assets, to support learning within Global Finance programmes / courses.
• Track and periodically report both administrative and learning analytics for all Global Finance programmes.

Requirements include:

• 2-4 years experience in instructional design with demonstrated knowledge of ISD processes and technology.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to carry out analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation (ADDIE) processes that are fundamental to instructional design.
• Experience with a variety of content authoring tools (including, but not limited to StoryLine and Rise) and willingness to learn additional tools as the industry shifts.
• Knowledge of graphic design and experience with Adobe Photoshop and video production/screencasting.
• Fluent in English (written and oral).
• May travel up to 10% domestically or internationally.
• Capacity to work from home, requiring flexibility in working hours over a range of WV time zones, and to do so effectively.
