Head Institutional Fundraising
(36 hours per week)
The Strategy, Innovation and Funding department is responsible for the Cordaid strategy development and the funding results. The department consist of the teams: Strategy & Advocacy, Open Development, Quality Assurance, Institutional Funding and Private Funding. We are looking for a head of the institutional fundraising team.
What you do
You are responsible for the management, coordination and strategic development of the Institutional Fundraising activities of Cordaid. You supervise a team of relation managers and institutional fundraisers. You report to the Director Strategy & Funding. You are the contact person for external funding and Institutional Fundraising. You provide support for application processes and for questions regarding project management. You initiate proposal development and support acquisition of project/ program funding. You represent Cordaid in different networks. You screen and observe the international ”institutional landscape”. You develop and maintain contacts with institutional donors, in close coordination with relevant departments of Cordaid. You work in close contact with the Director Strategy & Funding and are part of the management of the Strategy, Innovation and Funding department.
