Job Description

Qualification: MBA/ Postgraduate in business management, degree in social sciences/ rural development/ development studies or any other related field.

1) Should have 8 years with at least 5 years in developing industry linkages, employer engagement, and facilitating apprenticeship or placement partnerships.

2) Experience in building partnerships with private industries, chambers of commerce, and large enterprises.

3) Strong understanding of incentive mechanisms, apprenticeship frameworks, and employer onboarding processes.

4) Demonstrated ability to drive public–private collaboration in skilling and placement programs.
