Job Description
Qualification: MBA/ Postgraduate in Business Management, Mass Communication, degree in social sciences/ rural development/ development studies or any other related field
1) Should have 5 years’ experience in designing and implementing outreach, IEC, and mobilization strategies focusing on skill development/training.
2) Understanding of national skill ecosystem, local training structures, and aspirational youth outreach models.
3) Experience in stakeholder coordination, field activation campaigns, and media management.
4) Proven record in managing IEC budgets and outreach performance reporting
