Der Fach- und Methodenbereich (FMB) ist der fachlich-methodische Dienstleister für GIZ-Projekte weltweit. Er steht für Qualität und Innovationen in der GIZ und leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag dazu, die GIZ bei aktuellen Themen zu positionieren und das Wissen im Unternehmen zu bündeln, aufzubereiten und in die Praxis zu bringen.
Der Einsatz während des 6-monatigen Praktikums erfolgt in der Eigenmaßnahme Finanzierungsansätze zur Transformation der Agrar- und Ernährungssysteme. Die Eigenmaßnahme zielt darauf ab, innovative Finanzierungsmechanismen für die Transformation von Agrar- und Ernährungssystemen zum Einsatz zu bringen und durch Partnerschaften in die Breite zu tragen. Dies beinhaltet die Umsetzung einer evidenzbasierten Wissensaufbereitung und die Entwicklung von Projektvorschlägen in Anlehnung an internationale Agenden.
Ihre Aufgaben
Aktualisierung der Intranetseiten und Wissensspeicher zu praktischen Beispielen der Transformation der Agrar- und Ernährungssysteme
Unterstützung bei der daten-gestützten Planung von neuen GIZ-Projekten sowie beim Wissensmanagement laufender Projekte durch Datenrecherche und Dokumentenauswertung
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Wissensprodukten
Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Fachveranstaltungen
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationsmaterialien
Unterstützung bei der internen und externen Kommunikation mit Projektpartnern
Ihr Profil
Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Grundstudium/Bachelor in Agrar- und Ernährungswissenschaften, Internationale Zusammenarbeit oder einem verwandten Studiengang
Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse zu aktuellen fachlichen Entwicklungen zur Transformation der Agrar- und Ernährungssysteme und idealerweise zu Finanzierungsansätzen im Bereich Agrar- und Ernährungssysteme
Wünschenswert wären zudem Erfahrung im Veranstaltungsmanagement, im Wissensmanagement, in der Entwicklung oder Begleitung von Projekten, in der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit sowie im Umgang mit sozialen Netzwerken und digitalen Innovationen in der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit
Idealerweise konnten Sie bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen in einem Land des globalen Südens sammeln
Zudem sind Sie in der Lage selbstständig und lösungsorientiert zu arbeiten, diverse Prozesse parallel zu betreuen und zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Maß an interkultureller Kompetenz, Zuverlässigkeit und Gründlichkeit aus

Die monatliche Praktikantenvergütung beträgt €2.349,- (brutto).

We advise our clients and partners on drawing up plans and strategies, place integrated experts and returning experts in partner countries, and promote networking and dialogue among international cooperation actors. Capacity building for partner-country experts is a key component of our services, and we offer our programme participants diverse opportunities to use the contacts they have made. We also give young people a chance to gain professional experience around the world – exchange programmes for young professionals lay the foundations for successful careers in national and international markets.
Who we work for
Most of our activities are commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). GIZ also operates on behalf of other German ministries – in particular the Federal Foreign Office, the Federal Environment Ministry and the Federal Ministry of Education and Research – as well as German federal states and municipalities, and public and private sector clients both in Germany and abroad. These include the governments of other countries, the European Commission, the United Nations and the World Bank.
