Banyan Global is a consortium partner on the Jordan Economic Reform Activity (ERA) Task Order One (TO1) led by Chemonics. ERA TO1 is a 5-year activity funded by USAID. ERA is designed to support the Government of Jordan in prioritizing, implementing, and sustaining economic reforms, thereby implementing the country’s economic reform agenda. The activity focuses on four primary objectives: (1) advancing economic reforms, (2) strengthening the business enabling environment, (3) increasing exports and local, regional, and (4) international investments, and responding to emerging priorities that impact the Jordanian economy.
Banyan Global is recruiting for a full-time Investment Promotion Advisor for the ERA TO1. The position will be based in Amman with potential travel throughout the country.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Investment Promotion Advisor will support ERA’s objective to enhance investment promotion and facilitation in Jordan, with an ultimate goal to advance Jordan as an attractive investment destination. The advisor will engage in assisting public and private sector actors in delivering on their mandates including all communication, promotion, and lead generation activities.
