The services will strengthen the Team Europe (TE) approach to support the EU’s contribution to implementing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development through greater coordination and coherence. The contract will provide technical assistance (TA) to EU Delegations and EU HQ, in order to better coordinate with the EU Member States, to deliver greater sustainable impact and transformational change in the partner countries by pulling our resources together and to establish TE leading role and its visible brand on the global stage. The TA will include facilitation of dialogue, communication and visibility actions, as well as support to TE Initiatives implementation and monitoring, TE ODA reporting, documentation of results and operational knowledge, capacity development and training, joint programming and joint implementation. The TA will be provided in several policy areas including development effectiveness, Green deal, human development, jobs and growth and digitalization.
Qualifications and skills
- drafting/editing communication/outreach plans; designing and implementing outreach and visibility plans including journalistic products, audio-visual materials and publications;
- drafting/editing/design/layout of publications /reports and other communication products including inputs for social media/audio-visual products;
- implementation of social media campaigns; knowledge and work with Microsoft tools; and experience in the production of infographics;
