This position is located in the Washington, DC Commuting Area within the Office of Civil Rights, at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).

Duties:

  • Serves as a team leader, monitoring personnel, plans, and assigns or distributes work to ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely.
  • Provides technical assistance to the Agency on controversial problems, questions, or situations while supporting EEO Program staff with navigating and implementing efforts Agency-wide.
  • Processes (from informal to formal) complaints with an EEO basis involving USAID employees and certain USAID contractors.
  • Conducts research of EEO issues and gathers pertinent facts, background information, and applicable precedents by reviewing documents about policies and practices and other Agency records.
  • Provides training to members of the workforce, including managers, supervisors, and other management officials regarding the EEO complaints process.
