Job Description

Rumph and Associates, P.C. is seeking a Logistician will provide administrative and logistical support to the case study, including arranging for transportation, coordinating and arranging meetings, purchase of materials, arranging any necessary paperwork or documentation needed during the course of the assessment, and any other related tasks as necessary.


The case study is to provide USAID with a picture of Tumaco municipality, covering a 15-year period (roughly 2003-2018, depending on data availability), comparing the evolution of the municipality and the relevance of USAID’s interventions. The case study will be used as a data-driven tool to inform USAID of trends in the region and the status of its transition out of conflict. It will help USAID:

1) Better understand the trajectory of the region from “conflict” toward a “post-conflict” environment, as seen through the lenses of security, development, governance, social capital and licit economic growth; and

2) Highlight key challenges that the national, regional, and municipal government and civil society needs to address in Tumaco for the implementation of the peace agreement signed between the Government of Colombia (GOC) and the FARC. The primary users of this Case Study will be USAID/Colombia and Government of Colombia (GOC) stakeholders.


At least five (5) years of experience in logistical planning in Colombia, for these services

  • Spanish fluency is required.
