IDG is searching for a Logistics Coordinator based in Bangladesh to support data collection in Bangladesh from January 6th to January 24th, 2025 for a Youth, Women, and Green Jobs Diagnostic. The Logistics Coordinator will support a team of five experts to conduct key informant interviews (KII) and focus group discussions (FGD) with various stakeholders and the USAID Bangladesh Mission. The KIIs and FGDs will occur in Dhaka, and potentially outside Dhaka.
Responsibilities
The Logistics Coordinator will conduct the following tasks:
• Contact recommended stakeholders and set up interview dates, times, and locations.
• Coordinate with the five experts, drivers, and interpreters to transport two groups of experts to the various interviews in Dhaka and other areas.
• Contact hotels in various cities and make reservations for the team.
• Coordinate with any USAID staff that joins the data collection, KIIs, and FGDs.
• Revise the agenda if meetings are cancelled/rescheduled and solve issues as they arise.
Qualifications
• Prior working experience in logistics coordination and management.
• Prior experience supporting a USAID funded project preferred.
• At least three to five years of professional working experience.
• An undergraduate degree required.
• Fluency in English required.
