    Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced MEL professional to support our Operations & Grants Manager and Executive Director. You’ll play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing partner data, and in transforming information into stories, strategies, and shared learning.

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, learning, or impact measurement (nonprofit or philanthropic experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Proficiency with MEL and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, Airtable, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and comfort learning new platforms quickly.
  • Familiarity with humanitarian, development, or philanthropic MEL frameworks, especially in displacement or crisis-response contexts.
  • Comfort working with both quantitative and qualitative information.
  • An eye for clarity and precision in reporting.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection & Management: Track, organize, and update partner and grant data in MEL systems.
  • Analysis & Synthesis: Work with the team to analyze results and identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Reporting Support: Contribute to donor reports, board updates, and internal learning products.
  • Learning Facilitation: Help design and document partner learning activities and gather feedback.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to MEL workflows, templates, and tools.
  • What Success Looks Like

In your first 3 months, you will have:

  • Streamlined partner data tracking.
  • Produced at least one high-quality synthesis for donors.
