● Support the development and maintenance of concise partner intelligence briefs (1–2 pagers / slide snapshots), including partner priorities, entry points, key contacts, and recommended follow-up actions, in coordination with programme teams and relevant corporate counterparts.

● Support mapping of donor/partner priorities and tracking of funding trends relevant to UNOPS service lines and regional priorities; share targeted updates with country/multi-country offices as agreed by the Supervisor.

● Contribute to opportunity scanning by compiling basic opportunity intelligence (partner needs, fit with UNOPS value proposition, indicative timelines and next steps) to support programme/office follow-up. Strategic Planning and Coordination

● Contribute inputs (as assigned) to regional partnership/outreach planning products, including engagement plans, internal briefings, and leadership notes.

● Coordinate with technical leads, programme teams, and partnerships focal points in country/multi-country offices to align research outputs and dashboard insights with programme and resource mobilization needs.

● Support preparation of background materials for senior leadership engagements (briefing notes, meeting packs, talking points support), ensuring information is accurate and aligned with inputs from relevant colleagues.

● Maintain a light-touch follow-up/action log for priority opportunities and engagements (who/what/when/next step), and a simple calendar/alert list for key milestones (concept notes, EOIs, proposal windows, events), consolidating information shared by programme teams and offices.

2.Tracking corporate initiatives & keeping the office informed (core)

● Track corporate communications and partnership-related initiatives, guidance updates, and reporting requirements, and flag implications for APR, including any actions needed to support roll-out or engagement at regional and country levels.

3.Other
