We are seeking to appoint a Policy and Impact Coordinator to join the team of the Oxford Martin Programme on the Future of Development. Our research group works towards creating more and better economic opportunities in a changing world by conducting rigorous research, creating evidence-based solutions and tools for decision makers, providing platforms for new ideas, and sharing insights through events and publications. We focus on low- and middle-income countries and work towards more equitable and well-functioning labour markets, fostering entrepreneurship and technology for small and medium sized enterprises, and building human capital for a just green energy transition.
As the Policy and Impact Coordinator, you will work closely with the programme researchers to develop high-profile global convenings and policy initiatives related the research of the Future of Development programme. We expect that the post holder will develop strong working relationships and networks externally with key contacts across our stakeholder network and internally across the wider University policy engagement ecosystem. This would be an excellent role for someone with experience in policy engagement and research communication in the global development community with the aspiration to shape global debates through rigorous research, evidence, and debate.
The role is full time, 3 years fixed term.
