Provide general administrative and clerical support for labour mobility project activities.
Retrieve, compile, summarize, and present information and data related to labour mobility programming.
Contribute to drafting reports, presentations, and visual materials, including support for finalizing and designing training modules.
Assist in coordinating with internal teams and external partners for project implementation.
Support the organisation of meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including logistics and documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
Completed or in the final year of a university degree from an accredited academic institution, preferably in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law, or related fields.
Experience
Not required.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, E-mail).
Strong attention to detail and ability to organize paperwork methodically.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate patience with a willingness to learn.
Effective planning and coordination skills to meet deadlines and commitments.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Languages
Fluency in English (oral and written).
