Job Description

Duration: (2-6 months)

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support for labour mobility project activities.
  • Retrieve, compile, summarize, and present information and data related to labour mobility programming.
  • Contribute to drafting reports, presentations, and visual materials, including support for finalizing and designing training modules.
  • Assist in coordinating with internal teams and external partners for project implementation.
  • Support the organisation of meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including logistics and documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

  • Completed or in the final year of a university degree from an accredited academic institution, preferably in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law, or related fields.

Experience

  • Not required.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, E-mail).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize paperwork methodically.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate patience with a willingness to learn.
  • Effective planning and coordination skills to meet deadlines and commitments.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Languages

  • Fluency in English (oral and written).
