Project Manager Quality

Job Description

As Project Manager Quality, you will work on the development of SafeCare’s proposition and services to ensure successful implementation of quality standards, improvement, recognition, and digital technology in collaboration with our partners in Africa and Asia. The Project Manager Quality will report to the Head of SafeCare Business Expansion. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Project management

• Support the business expansion of SafeCare’s partner model through the development of innovative services such as business models, training, marketing support and user experiences
• Contribute to the expansion of SafeCare through support on the business development activities.

• Supervision of local (license) partners to ensure that planned activities and targets needed to build a locally owned, sustainable quality assurance approach are implemented through operational excellence and in a timely manner.
• Ensure targets and quality performance are constantly reviewed and cocreated with local partners.
• To adopt strategies whenever necessary to improve on operational excellence and strategic development to achieve the goals.
• Help to build the capacity of local partners.
• Ensure the objectivity of local quality assessors through remote and onsite audit processes.
• Provide input on planning and monitoring tools and write programmatic reports to all relevant stakeholders.

Participation in SafeCare team:

• Collaborate and contribute to the SafeCare team to identify and develop growth opportunities for our SafeCare approach and digital solutions, and to continuously improve SafeCare methodology and programs.
• Participate in the SafeCare team meetings to facilitate reporting achievements, sharing of experiences, and planning for subsequent activities.

Based on these standards, SafeCare also provides the tools, instruments, and methodology that can be used by partners, governments, and healthcare providers to improve the services they provide for people. Since its successful launch in 2010 and having reached over 14 African countries and 7000 healthcare facilities, we are ready to further expand our standards-based approach to more countries through our partner model.
