EnCompass LLC is seeking a social media-savvy, tech-savvy, detail-motivated Recruiting Coordinator with a can-do attitude and a passion for building relationships, to join our growing team! The Recruiting Coordinator will be an integral part of support our Talent Acquisition Team and support a variety of recruiting activities including day-to-day administrative functions and tasks, interview and document coordination, and maintenance of EnCompass talent databases and recruiting platforms.

This position will be located at the EnCompass headquarters in Rockville (moving to Silver Spring in 2023), MD, may work remotely, and reports to a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Preference will be given to qualified candidates who live in the Washington, DC metro area. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

Essential functions include, but are not limited to:

· Update and maintain resource tools for the Talent Acquisition Team, including research and updates on job posting sites and accounts, and similar online recruiting resources

· Update and maintain the EnCompass Consultant database, including uploading CVs and creating profiles, and assist/guide staff members who need to update their consultants’ data

· Monitor and amend formatting and consistency issues on jobs posted via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

· In coordination with the Associate Director and the Senior Recruitment Operations Specialist, update and maintain efficient organization of files and documents in SharePoint and elsewhere such as templates, forms, SOPs, and job aids

· Support the recruiters, especially during surge times, by posting requisitions to external job boards as needed, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks

· Support tasks and coordination related to internship program, outreach, and career fairs

Assist the Talent Acquisition Team with the collection of clients’ and/or company required documentation for staff and consultants, and complete administrative tasks

· Serve as an ambassador of the company when interacting with people externally, to include on social media, at virtual and in-person functions, and recruiting venues

· Partner with, and coordinate with, the HR Coordinator as needed on Talent Management Team tasks, which cut across both HR and Talent Acquisition

Qualifications

Education and Experience

· Minimum of High School diploma and 5 years of experience; Associate degree and 3 years of experience; Bachelor’ degree and 2 years of experience. At least 1 year of experience must be in an administrative support or project support role

· Work and/or degree preferably in talent acquisition, international human resource management, international development, international relations, or related field with at least one full year of directly relevant work experience

Skills and Abilities

· Fluency in English with clear verbal and written communication skills

· High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and databases

· Strong organizational skills with unfailing attention to detail

· Time management skills, and ability to work within tight deadlines as needed

· Experience with electronic recruitment systems or applicant tracking systems

· Basic problem-solving and critical thinking skills

· Ability work effectively with diverse teams and tasks

· Proficiency using social media in a professional environment

· Some familiarity with recruitment compliance guidelines such as the AIDARs and OFCCP preferred, and a willingness and ability to learn and apply this knowledge

· Willingness and ability to learn, adopt, and apply EnCompass’ appreciative inquiry methodology to the work and working relationships

· A customer-service mindset and strong interpersonal skills
