Resource Justice Network (formerly known as Publish What You Pay, PWYP) is looking for a highly motivated individual with strong relationship building and advocacy skills to join our team as Regional Coordinator for Francophone Africa.
The Regional Coordinator is responsible for leading the implementation of Resource Justice Network’s 2030 Strategy across Francophone Africa. The role involves coordinating with national coalitions and members to drive regional advocacy and foster movement-building on key thematic issues such as fossil fuels, transition minerals, and gender justice. The Coordinator will also oversee regional planning, project management, and fundraising, ensuring strong collaboration with other teams to amplify the network’s impact and member-led stories of change.
Location: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Chad, Congo, Cote d’Ivoire, DRC, Gabon, Guinea, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Senegal or Togo

Salary: Adjusted for location. Resource Justice Network takes a rigorous approach to salary setting and operates a remuneration scale based on global equity. Our goal is that staff carrying out similar roles should have broadly equivalent standards of living and, since the cost of accommodation, goods and services can vary significantly in different countries, it is important to adjust for this when determining salaries.
