Lead Supply Chain Transformation Across West Central Africa
Be Part of Something Transformational
CARE is reimagining how we deliver impact across the globe. We are not just improving our supply chain—we are transforming it. And we need a dynamic leader to help us bridge the gap between global vision and on-the-ground reality across West Central Africa.
The Opportunity
As our Roving Supply Chain Lead, you will be the vital connection between CARE’s global Supply Chain network and our Country Offices across the region. This isn’t a desk job. You will be mobile, responsive, and deeply embedded in the operations that matter most, working alongside teams to strengthen procurement, logistics, fleet management, and emergency preparedness when it counts.
You will have the unique opportunity to shape how supply chain excellence is delivered across multiple countries while contributing directly to CARE’s global Supply Chain Transformation Project. Your insights from the field will inform global policies. Your expertise will build local capacity. Your leadership will drive measurable performance improvements.
What You will Do
Why This Role Matters
Supply chain is not just logistics—it’s the backbone of how CARE delivers life-changing programs to the world’s most vulnerable communities. In humanitarian emergencies, your work directly impacts how quickly we can respond. In long-term development programs, your systems determine our efficiency and reach.
You will report to the Global Supply Chain Director while maintaining dotted-line connections to CO Supply Chain Leads and Regional Business Services Leads. This unique position gives you influence across multiple levels of the organization and the chance to drive systemic change.
Why Now, Why CARE
This is a pivotal moment. CARE’s Supply Chain Transformation Project is creating new ways of working, new standards of excellence, and new opportunities for innovation. You will be joining at a time when your contributions will have lasting impacts, shaping policies, building capabilities, and establishing practices that will serve CARE for years to come.
If you are energized by the prospect of building something better, working across borders and cultures, and making supply chain excellence a competitive advantage for humanitarian impact—we want to hear from you.
