Job Description

Program Objective

To develop competent candidates for key posts in government and business, who can partake in leading economic development toward environmental sustainability.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must be nationals of ASEAN member countries.
  • Must hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (members or associate members of the ASEAN University Network Secretariat).
  • Maximum age of 30 years at the time of application.

Details of Funding

Selected ASEAN candidates will receive a full scholarship covering:

  • Tuition Fee: Full tuition exemption for the entire program duration.
  • Living Expenses: Monthly stipend during the program period.
  • Travel Support: Coverage for program-related travel, including the six-week stay in Norway.
  • Miscellaneous Study Expenses: Includes laptop, books, and local travel costs.

Program Structure

The 18-month program consists of:

Jun – Jul 2026: Pre-MBA: Accounting and Finance, Business and Management, Managerial Economics, Statistics for Business Decision

Aug – Dec 2026: Semester 1 (45 ECTS): Business Ethics for Sustainability, Leadership Communication, Marketing Management, Leadership and Organizational Behavior, Operations and Technology Management, Financial Management

Feb – Jun 2027: Semester 2 (45 ECTS): Capstone courses — Strategic Management, General Business Environment, and Concentration courses — Energy Resource Management, Urban Planning and Management, Marine Resources and Coastal Management, Food Security and Conservation Management, Research Methods.

Aug – Dec 2027: Semester 3 (30 ECTS): Internship, Master’s thesis, and six-week stay in Norway

Required Documents

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume
  • Motivation Letter
  • Scan of a valid passport
  • Two (2) Letters of Recommendation from the applicant’s school or institution
  • Legalized undergraduate certificate and transcript (English version)
  • Academic Potential Test score (for Indonesian citizens only): PAPs UGM, TPDA PLTI, or TPA Bappenas with minimum score of 500
  • Certificate of English Proficiency: Minimum TOEFL PBT 550, or TOEFL iBT 80, or IELTS 6.0, or an English proficiency guarantee letter from selected ASEAN Universities
