Job Description

Devex Talent Solutions is assisting Corporación Andina de Fomento - Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAF) in their search for a Senior Change Management Specialist. This position is a local hire and may be based in Brazil, Colombia, Paraguay, Peru, or Trinidad and Tobago, provided the candidate is a national of the country and based there. Relocation is not required.

Role Purpose
Lead the Change Management strategy for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring the effective adoption of the new digital HR ecosystem. Promote a culture of transformation, minimizing resistance to change and facilitating the transition to new ways of working aligned with the organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the Change Management strategy for the adoption of SuccessFactors, ensuring a smooth and effective transition.
  • Apply Change Management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) to facilitate the adoption of HR technology and processes.
  • Manage communication and training strategies for employees and leaders, ensuring implementation aligns with organizational culture.
  • Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and external consultants to ensure efficient system integration.
  • Implement tools to measure adoption and collect user feedback.
  • Lead HR Project Management (HR PM) initiatives, ensuring timelines, resources, and objectives are met.
  • Develop and manage an implementation roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Identify risks and define mitigation plans to ensure change sustainability.

Role Requirements

Education:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Specialization in Change Management, Digital Transformation, Project Management (HR PM), or Human Resources.
  • Certifications in Change Management (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) and Project Management (PMI, Agile, Scrum, HR PMO) are highly valued.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in roles related to Change Management, Organizational Transformation, HR Project Management (HR PM), or HCM Systems Implementation (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM).
  • Experience in managing digital transformation projects within HR.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of Change Management and Project Management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum, HR PMO).
  • Experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors or other HCM platforms.
  • Ability to design adoption and engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in tools for impact measurement and change management.

Languages: Advanced Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
