Job Description

Chemonics International is seeking a Sr. Talent and People Systems Specialist who supports the integration, oversight, and continuous improvement of enterprise-level people-centered network systems such as “ChemLink”. The Sr. Specialist, who reports to the Sr. Director, Professional Development & Engagement (PDE), will oversee successful ChemLink implementation and coordinate between Chemonics stakeholders across the organization, technology partners and vendors, and GTID to maximize system outcomes for Chemonics global workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and apply best practices for people-centered systems, including ChemLink, OnFrontiers external talent network, engagement surveys, and others, in terms of design, deployment, operations, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement change management efforts associated with the deployment and operations of ChemLink, OnFrontiers external talent network, and people-centered systems.
  • Design and manage ChemLink and OnFrontiers external talent network continuous review and improvement process, including coordinating with relevant functions in each Business Line and at the Enterprise level to seek feedback and oversee continual improvement initiatives.
  • Develop detailed use cases, training, and communications materials to ensure effective use of ChemLink, OnFrontiers external talent network, and people-centered systems.
  • Manage relationships with partners and vendors and oversee short-term consultants’ deliverables.
  • Create reference guides for stakeholders and provide support for system requests, product troubleshooting, and questions (including outreach to vendors as applicable).
  • Coordinates with internal stakeholders, GTID, and vendors on upgrades, testing, and rollout.
  • Act as liaison with partners/vendors and GTID to address technical issues.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, Management Science, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum six years of professional experience required, with at least three years of progressive project management or business analyst experience preferred; experience in international development field preferred.
  • Strong risk assessment, problem resolution, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage both IT and non-IT stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Experience performing data analysis using Power BI, Excel Pivot Tables, or other similar tools preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, and lead presentations and effective meetings.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity.
  • Ability to provide proactive customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and work with highly confidential and/or protected information required
  • Exhibits high emotional IQ with emphasis on empathy and compassion
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. required.

The Salary Range for this position is expected to be: $84,320 - $105,400.
