Location Bonn - Part Time

The position is to be filled as soon as possible, with an initial contract duration of 3 months. There are good prospects for an extension. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany. You will work 20 hours/week, to enable you to continue your qualification within the framework of your current studies. Mobile work within Germany is possible in agreement with your team. 100% mobile work is not possible. The position is remunerated with 14 Euro per hour.

The Regional Directorate for Asia/South America is responsible for the strategic management of Welthungerhilfe’s country portfolio in the region. As a Working Student – Administrative Support, you will assist the Regional Directorate with administrative processes and communication with country offices, projects, and stakeholders. In doing so, you will gain deep insights into Welthungerhilfe’s project work and management.

Your responsibilities

  • Administrative support for the Flexible Management Support Team
  • Organizational and administrative preparation and follow-up for meetings and conferences
  • Maintenance of the intranet page
  • Scheduling and travel planning
  • Organizational support for onboarding new employees
  • General office tasks

Your profile

  • You are a student currently enrolled at a university or college.
  • You have strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • You are characterized by an independent and systematic way of working.
  • You have good IT skills (MS Office, SharePoint) and are proficient in using virtual communication and visualization tools (MS Teams, Miro, Whiteboard).
  • You have excellent written and spoken English and German skills.
