This position is in the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave., NW., Washington, DC, in theBureau for Latin America and the Caribbean, at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).

Duties
- Serves as the Bureau’s expert, overseeing programs that analyze the effectiveness of agency programs with major national missions or functions.
- Oversees Bureau’s mission management assessment and regionalization functions that make recommendations on and resolve precedent-setting issues of program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Plans, establishes, and directs a quality improvement program encompassing extremely large, difficult, and diverse projects for the LAC Bureau.
- Analyzes and evaluates long-range activities, and provides recommendations to improve the effectiveness of operations in meeting mission-critical goals and objectives.
- Provides authoritative findings, guidance, and recommendations on agency-wide programs as the pertain to the LAC Bureau. Researches, analyzes, and provides expert technical advice and assistance on complex management issues.
- Provides administrative and technical supervision necessary for the unit to accomplish their objectives.
