Job Description

We seek a dynamic Team Leader for an exciting assurance and verification project in Sierra Leone.

Experience

•At least 10 years’ management experience, preferably in the health, social or financial sector •Strong project and team management skills, ability to prioritise tasks and meet multiple deadlines in complex environment •In-depth knowledge of project management in the development sector •Track record of working with senior officials, multiple stakeholders and professionals from diverse backgrounds •Strong communication, writing and analytical skills.

Qualifications

•A postgraduate degree in Public Health, Finance/Accounting, Public Administration, Business Administration, Social Science or other relevant discipline •Membership of an industry-recognised professional body (such as ACCA, CPA)

Skills

Must have good written and spoken English

Well developed interpersonal skills, diplomacy and tact

Must be computer literate and able to use MS Office
