Panagora Group seeks a Utility Messenger for our existing contracts with USAID/Philippines, Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting for Improved Health (CLAimHealth) and Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting for Improved Development (CLAimDev). Both activities co-locate at the 11th floor, Ramon Magsaysay Center in Quintos Street, Malate, Manila, Philippines. This is a full-time project-funded position located in Manila, Philippines, beginning January 2021.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Picks up and delivers documents, packages, and other items between offices or departments within an establishment or from other business concerns.
• Assists the Administrative and Finance units of CLAimHealth and CLAimDev in payments to BIR, Philhealth, SSS, and Pag-IBIG, as well as bank errands.
• Assists the administrative assistants of CLAimHealth and CLAimDev and the receptionist in receiving, stocking, and tracking inventory.
• Maintains cleanliness of the office at all times and disposes trash daily.
• Cleans and maintains pantry equipment and utensils, and report equipment malfunctions and requests repairs as needed.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a utility messenger or similar role
• Can read, write, speak, and understand English language; fluent in Filipino and other dialects desirable
• At least high school graduate, college studies is a plus

Reporting

The Utility Messenger will report to the Finance and Administration Managers of CLAimHealth and

CLAimDev.
