The Asian Development Bank and Azerbaijan will sign two loan agreements during ADB President Haruhiko Kuroda’s visit to the country from Nov. 19 to Nov. 21. The two credits will finance projects to improve power transmission and the Ganja bypass route, the ADB Office in Baku said.
