ADB OKs Loan Guarantee for Vietnam's Power Project

has guaranteed a USD342 million loan to state-owned Vietnam Electricity. The guarantee, worth USD325 million, is the third extended by the bank to the Asian country. The project aims to build new transmission lines and upgrade rural and urban power grids in Vietnam.
