The Asian Development Bank will soon have a resident mission in Turkmenistan. ADB President Haruhiko Kuroda said the bank’s decision aims to promote closer ties between ADB and its clients in the country and to serve as foundation for the two parties’ long-term partnership, a press release from the bank stated.
