Adult learning needs attention, too

The Millennium Development Goal on education was all about universal access to primary schooling. For Shai Reshef, the post-2015 development goals should go beyond primary and secondary education.

The founder and president of the University of the People talked to Devex about the need to address higher education on the fringes of the 2012 Clinton Global Initiative.
