Cote d’Ivoire is set to receive a grant amounting to USD31 million from the African Development Bank for the execution of a Post-Crisis Multi-sector Institutional Support Project in the country. The project will focus on restoring the operations of public services in the health and education sectors and building the West African state’s capacity to manage emergency and economic recovery issues. The bank will provide six percent of the total funding, while the Ivorian government will answer for another 18 percent of the cost. Other project donors include the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, and the European Union.
