AfDB working to redefine meaning of 'local staff'

With roughly 60 to 70 percent of its employees now relocated from a temporary office in Tunis to the bank’s former — and perhaps permanent — headquarters in Abidjan, the African Development Bank is already looking ahead.

David Munyoro, the bank’s chief recruitment coordination officer, told Devex’s Kate Warren at the Devex Career Forum in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
