African Leaders Consider Concrete ICT Measures

    African leaders have pledged to take concrete steps to develop and strengthen information and communication technologies needed to help the continent accomplish its development goals, RTT news reports. The leaders announced the pledge at the African Union summit in Ethiopia, where they also tackled climate change, security and peace issues.
