    The Internal Rescue Committee has suspended all work in the northeast Karamoja region in Uganda following a Feb. 12 attack on its operations, which left three dead and one in critical condition. IRC also advised its staff to use public transportation instead of official vehicles while security concerns related to the incident are dealt with, the Monitor reports.
