Angola teamed up with the U.S. President’s Malaria Initiative and several global companies to provide intensive technical training for health workers involved in front-line malaria initiatives, Earth Times report. The health workers will also be trained to use new malaria intervention products. Companies involved include Chevron, Corporate Alliance on Malaria in Africa, Research Triangle Institute International, and the Global Business Coalition on HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria.
