The Australian Agency for International Development and United Kingdom Department for International Development are providing 12 million Australian dollars (USD10.8 million) and 3.4 million pounds (USD5.5 million), respectively, to help Vietnam deal with the challenges as a recent member of the World Trade Organization. The funds will support the second phase of the country's Beyond WTO program, which seeks to help improve Vietnam's economy and business competitiveness,
