    Australian Foreign Minister Alexander Downer is pleased with the decision of United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon to have the organization?s development programs in North Korea suspended until a full audit is completed. Downer voiced his confidence Pyongyang never got hold of any of Australian aid money to U.N. programs in North Korea.
